BBB backdated my rating after I could not renew membership

The greater Dallas BBB changed my rating when I was not able to renew my membership, I answered all complaints. The director back dated ratings in there system when I was not able to renew membership. The salesperson said they would assist me with removing the negative rating once I renewed my membership. My status remained positive until I stop becoming a member, I have had potential clients refuse to do business with me because the reports that show incomplete or unsatisfactory rating.
