Better Business Bureau BBB BBB F Rating for an A company

Does anyone know how I can get my business name removed from the BBB website? They are a complete fraud. I declined being extorted by them any longer so they changed my rating from an A to an F for "using their logo" after my membership expired. Furthermore they wiped out all of my company info and state my 20 year old business has had an open file since " January".

I sent them a letter back requesting they no longer use my trademarked name and web address and they basically told me they don't care, they'll do whatever they want.

PS. No complaints. Period. F Rated. What a kick in the face huh? You'd figure they'd love business owners like me. Nope. Not when they are frauds.
