The Dallas Better Business Bureau has gone out of it's way for several years to deceive consumers that they advertise they are helping.

The Dallas BBB has received many complaints with the Federal Trade Commisison in some cases from entire industries. The Dallas BBB has acted alone in setting its own extremely biased "standards for profit". A company can have 10,000 complaints and they can all be erased IF, that company pays the BBB's arbitrators. The cost of this starts out at $1,000 and goes up. If you are unwilling to pay the money, the BBB will slam your company rating.

The accrediting is a complete joke, I have gone through it myself. All you have to do to qualify to be an "accredited company" is fill out a very simple application and pay a fee. They wanted me to pay them $780, to be accredited. They were not interested in how my company operates or how well we take care of our customers, the only thing they needed for their seal of approval was $780.

There are individuals within the Dallas BBB that make their own opinions about certain industries and give those businesses poor ratings, REGARDLESS of how well they treat their customers. This costs good businesses hundreds of thousands of Dollars per month and it steers consumers to bad companies, because they are deceived by the Dallas BBB into thinking a company is good just because it pays the Dallas BBB money.

The Dallas BBB is abusing their power, they are corrupt and they have no interest whatsoever in helping conumers. This is a raquet and they need to be stopped. The Dallas BBB cannot be trusted by any consumers or business owners. The Dallas BBB is the most corrupt busines in Dallas and they need to be stopped.
