Unsatisfactory rating after I declined to join the BBB

I am a small business just beginning, I received only one complaint which started the BBB to contact me I handled the complaint satisfactory and they still put unsatisfactory business on my report. I then went to the BBB to complain about my unsatisfactory rating and they said I have two more complaints which I never received. I then answered (which one complaint was not even a customer of mine) the complaint and was told by the BBB that it would probably not change and it didn't even though it was answered satisfactory. This happened only after I changed my mind in joining them.
