BBB Better Business Bureau ripoff gives us an unsatisfactory rating because I changed my mind in joining them and paying their fees

I am a small business just beginning, I recieved only one complaint which started the bbb to contact me I handled the complaint satisfactory and they still put unsatisfactory business on my report. I then went to the bbb to complain aboutmy unsatisfactory rating and they said I have two more complaints which I never recieved. I then answered (which one complaint was not even a customer of mine) the complaint and was told by the bbb that it would probably not change and it didn't even though it was answered satisfactory. This happened only after I changed my mind in joining them.
