Be aware, Dallas Actor Handbook took my money but did not deliver the CD I ordered

I ordered the advertised CD from the Dallas Actor Handbook's website, they took my money but never sent the CD. There was no response to my email or voice mail. Never got a live person on the phone. After checking them out further I found they have an unsatisfactory rating with the Dallas Better Business Bureau for unresolved complaints. Wish I had checked the BBB first. The website is well done and looks professional but beware they will take your money and stonewall you!
