When we wanted to cancel they took $500.00 out of our bank account

When we wanted to cancel Direct Tv took out $500.00 out of our bank account, Without notice. Nada... Even before we had the chance to return their equipment, they snagged our funds (which by the way was allocated for other bills) then after calling them and getting put on hold, and having to retell over and over our situation to different people and ask why money was taken out they sent boxes { which took a week to get here }to return their equipment, which we promptly did then was told it would take 10 to 15 business days to get money back. Worst customer service ever, and btw when it drizzled or light snow flurries we lost service, it was Badddd. Never ever will we ever recommend this company, they suk. Theives
