$500 Taken From Bank Account When We Tried to Cancel

When we wanted to cancel, Direct Tv took $500.00 out of our bank account without notice. Nada. Even before we had the chance to return their equipment, they snagged our funds, which by the way were allocated for other bills. After calling them, getting put on hold, and having to retell our situation over and over to different people and ask why money was taken out, they sent boxes (which took a week to get here) to return their equipment, which we promptly did. Then we were told it would take 10 to 15 business days to get the money back.

Worst customer service ever. And by the way, when it drizzled or had light snow flurries we lost service. It was bad. Never will we recommend this company. They suck. Thieves.
