I wanted my account cancelled that i never even wanted they wouldnt and i still havent got any magazines

I got tricked into a magazine subscription that i didnt even want. I tried to cancel right away they wouldnt let me and 3 months later i still havent recieved any magazines. Ive tried to call and call but im always on hold for 30 mins to and hour before i hang up when it tells me approx. Waiting time is a minute and it says that everytime i call and i never get anybody and now im getting statements saying i owe them $115.82 as of the 6 of this month im really tired of this and want it resolved and my account cancelled.
