I had 2 tv's with direct tv. The first the receiver went & instead of paying for the shipping - I cancelled. Now I am down to one Tv & the cable does not work - I have to wait 4 days for a service call & pay the fee for the remainder of the contract. I should have gone local - quicker service. Every time it rains I lose my service - the installer stated that would not happen. A while back I wanted HD - I was told it was $200 (ridiculous price). Your company does not stand behind its equipment - all you care about is getting more money from service calls as you do not stand behind your equipment. Will NOT recommend to anyone.!!!
