I don't even know where to begin with Jetblue lately. Maybe I should start with how I had booked a non -stop redeye from SFO to Boston. A couple weeks before they tell me they are changing me to a 130pm flight which I couldn't do b/c I didn't plan on taking that day off of work. So I called and they said they no longer offer a nonstop red eye to Boston from San Francisco. Super. So I had to leave the following day at 130pm, which was of course delayed 3 hrs, getting me to Boston at about midnight. Then my return flight was suppose to be nonstop at 1235 on Monday and I get an email that they moved me to a 9am flight. Well guess what, I couldn't do that either b/c I was going to be in Cape Cod for a wedding the night before and to get to Logan for a 930am flight really wasn't an option. So we had to change to a 230pm flight that stopped in NY, which of course, was also delayed. The worst part if my fiance had planned to take the non stop red eye thurday night arriving at 7am in Boston on Friday. He is actually IN this wedding we are attending and the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner were Friday night. So as I mentioned above, they no longer offer a nonstop red eye to Boston so they changed him to have a layover in NY. Before he heads for airport, he check his flight and it said it was delayed until 230am!!! They claim it was due to weather but keep in mind I was in boston and watchign the news and saw nothing about bad weather. So my fiance calls b/c this delay would mean he would miss his connection in NY. As he is on the phone, the lady tells him his flight was cancelled all together! Then she says the earliest she can get him to Boston is a flight the next day arriving at 7pm! Mind you, that is the night of the wedding rehearsal dinner. So I started trying to find alternative flights and see what leaving out of Oakland with a layover in DC and I wasnt sure why she didn't give him this option. So he tries to call back and it was a recording saying "due to high call volume, we cannot take your call" and it hung up on him. He tries calling all night. So we resort to him taking that flight the next day, which. Get ready... Was delayed over 2 hrs. He doesn't end up landing in Logan until 10pm on Friday and then had to drive to Cape Cod. We entirely missed the rehearsal dinner for the wedding he is in.

To make matter worse, I am getting married in SF next month and have tons of family flying in from Boston. Their flights (there and back) have been changed at least 4x already. What were once direct flights, now have layovers etc. Needless to say, I am telling them to cancel with Jetblue and rebook on a different airline. All i need is for Jetblue to screw them over and they don't make MY rehearsal dinner!

I used to be a Jetblue fan but I honestly think I will NEVER fly them again. Oh and did I mention we sent an email to complain and we pretty much we cited the bill of right and they said we had no legs to stand on with our complaint. Nice customer service.
