Delayed (Cancelled) flights - Flight

Very disappointed in the last two trips I had with this carrier. Delays / Cancelled Flights seem to be a chronic issue with them due to all the cutbacks and the Pilot strikes. Unfortunately I had what should have been an awesome mini vacation to Trinidad and Tobago that ended horribly. The flight was delayed (cancelled) leaving Trinidad back to Miami and caused me to miss all my connecting flights. Although they provided Food and Hotel vouchers for the layover in Miami. I made the mistake of going to the Subway inside the Airport and contracted food poisoning (which never would have happened if my flight had not been delayed (cancelled). I spent the next day sicker than I've ever been in my life and had to go to the Hospital ER. This caused me again to have to miss my return flight home.
