Lied about service requirements on A/c

Epair guy arrived and decided the a/d was not coated because it had "dirty circles" and desired $1300 to wash and fix device. Obviously he didn't consider the system aside to determine the circles... He should be monster as he might see through the system to create this dedication. I named another organization at my cost also it was just reduced on freon. Completed with support demand less then your support phone from National House Guard

National House Guard didn't return the initial crookis support phone charge or consider any motion at-all!
