Continues unauthorized removal of $49.95/month from my account AFTER cancellation

A few months ago I saw a $49.95 payment on my bank account statement that was not familiar to me. I called the number that was contained in the "payment description" on the statement.

I was not interested in any of the values or benefits that they described to me, and I asked them to cancel whatever sort of membership I supposedly had.

After repeating all of their offerings, and asking me to reconsider, they haltingly agreed to remove me from their collection of victims and stop pulling payments from my account.

They did not do either one - I am still losing $49.95 per month through an "automatic payment" to them. That is a huge amount of money to me.
