VBA They withdrew money from my account on UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES. I NEVER authorized them to withdraw ANY funds from my account

Value Benefits of America, otherwise known on your UNAUTHORIZED charges as VBA called me for solicitation of something. They claim it was for a gas card but who knows since so many of these immoral companies call these days. I NEVER agreed to purchase anything. I NEVER buy anything over phone solicitations so I know for a FACT that I DID NOT agree to this card or any other card.

How they got my billing information is something that REALLY BOTHERS me. I NEVER give out any of my accounts over the phone and if somebody calls even wanting payment on something I do owe I never give them info from their call. I always call the number that I have on my bills to make payments.

These type companies need to be SHUT DOWN as they are preying on unsuspecting individuals. Can you even imagine how many old folks are probably having a substational part of their monthly checks taken and they are UNAWARE of it. VBA took me for 4 months before I realized it.

Their answer to me via phone was that they would take 7 to 10 days to review it and get back with me. It didn't take them 7 to 10 days to withdraw my money and they sure didn't REVIEW any tapes prior to deducting unauthorized payment from my account.
BEWARE... This company needs to be SHUT DOWN.

Anyone interested in joining up to contact Congressman to STOP this type of solicitation needs to contact your Congressman and Legislative Senators to put a stop to these Immoral and Prey-type Companies.
