Listen, I don't even know if the Horizon website is how the USA Benefits people got my information. I applied for a $500.00 credit card and the fee of $19.95 was to be on my first Credit Card statement. Then a bank account that I use only for my loan payments was charged 19.95 and I got an overdraft fee because of it. I got a one time only refund from my bank but it'll cost me the same fees to stop payment on these guys what can I do? One way or another somebody is getting my money for something I didn't get and didn't authorize.
