Prime Benefits Aka First American Benefits Group Unauthorized Debits Ripoff

I check my account often and noticed that there was a check for $87. Oo posted that I did not know about. I called my bank and found out that the check was made out to Prime Benefits.
I DID NOT write this check. My bank gave me the number 1-800-862-2026 to contact Prime Benefits. My bank also send me a copy of this check. It is not one of my personal checks and the address on the check is not the address linked to my banking account.
I called the 800 number and found out that this number is too the payment processing agency PRN. I told them of the problem and that I DID NOT authorize this withdraw from my account. They agreed to return the money to my account and also gave me another phone number for Prime Benefits (866-991-9090).
I have tryed for several days to contact someone at this number, all I get is a recording. I do not know how these people got my account info. The 87 dollars was returned as promised.
Two weeks after this happened there was another posting, this time an ACH debit for $269.99. I called my bank again and informed them that I DID NOT authorize this debit. Then I called PRN to see if they were the ones that processed this debit, they did. PRN told me that this payment went to First American Benefits Group and gave me the phone number to this company (866-303-5567). I informed PRN that I DID NOT authorize this debit. They said that the charges would be reversed and that my account number would be blocked.
As of today the money has not been returned to my account. I have tried for several days to contact someone at the compay using the number PRN gave me, all I get is a recording.
I believe that this is a ripoff scam.
My bank has been very helpful in this situation. It upsets me greatly to know that it is so easy for someone to get my personal information and MY MONEY.
