Credit Card representatives will charge you an extra payment if they have access to your checking account

I called Bank of America to talk about a reduction in the interest rates they were charging. The representative told me that even though I paid on time every month they base their rates on other information and that my rate would not be lowered. I am not and was not behind in payments I was just making an inquiry about interest rates. When I recieved my bank statement I noticed that Bank of America with out my consent took out an entire months payment. They automatically deducted it from my account. I am a member of another financial institution and have my B of A credit card payments sent to Bank of America every month that exceeds the minimum amount owed. Becareful when you contact them and they have your banking information because they will remove money from your account with or without your permission.
