Horrible!

Just recieved a box set from these jerks. All bootleg! All came damaged. 20 dvd's. Almost all do not play. Cases came in crushed and broken. The condition of the DVD'S themselves are a complete joke. All are scratched. I called customer service, yesterday when I recieved them. After trying to talk me in to a "partial" refund and keeping the damaged DVD'S, I told them where they could go. I demanded a return shipping lable, and was told when the set is returned, I will get a full credit issued to my credit card... We'll see about that. Spread the word... This company is a bunch of crooks. I say company, I'm sure it's just 1 jerk sitting at home ripping DVD'S, while ripping the consumer off!!!
