False advertising & credit card fraud false promises

I ordered a pasta pot as advertised on Television. It was supposed to come with a 2 qt pan, cheese grator, and chopper and cookbook.
When a package came it ony had the large pot - no envoice - no instructions on returning it. On the shipping lable it said Items may be shipped separately.
After several weeks nothing else came. When I phoned Tristar about it, I was told that I would get nothing else because I only ordered the large pot.
I returned the pot on March 6 and paid extra to be informed when they received the package. It was received by them March 11th. On March 13th. I received a letter back dated to March 1 ssigned by Kathy Rossignol, Customer Service Rep. Telling me to use the non-existant return lable to receive a full refund -hah-hah.
I was refunded only $l4.95 nothing for shipping etc. I was told that I would get no refund on shipping because I had opened the package.
How do you know if you need to return something if you don't open it?
Someone in their company used my credit card to charge items for themselves which has been a headache to get straightened out.
They are a bunch of crooks.
