They sent me damaged products and would not refund me or send me a new set of DVDs!

I ordered a boxed set of home improvement from this company and when I recieved the set every single one of the DVds were completely scratched and therefore could not play without skipping every couple of minutes. I contacted the customer service line and even sent them pictures of the DVDS and they refused to send me a new set. They replied that the best they could do was give me an 80 percent refund if I paid for the shipping charges to send back the damaged DVDs. Even after I received my 80 percent discount, just for the shipping charges and the original amount I paid, I WOULD OWE THEM MONEY!!
