Refund fraud - leanspa weight loss system

I ordered their free trial just paid for shipping. I received another order about 30days later, I called comkpany when I noticed that $80.00 was taking from my account (debit card) I canceled my order thru their automation customer service on 4/25 There was a return label in the package along I took the product to work and the mailman picked it up I never thought that I had to get a tracking number because of the return label. I contacted customer service on 5/10 and was told that in order to get a full refund the warehouse will have to notify them receipt of returned product as of that date no notification was made, they offered a partial refund in the mean time which was $39.99 and that took 2weeks to show up in my account. I called today 5/25 to find out when the remaining refund is to be expected and I was rudely told without a tracking number they WILL NOT issue the remaing refund and that I should be happy that at least gave me a partial one and that it is my responsibility to have gotten a tracking number when returning the product. Representative claimed that how do they no I actually returned the product and Im not trying to RIP them off? I responded that aparently they are knowingly ripping me off because I had no proof that I returned the product and that it is just easy to say I didnt because when they recived my product they no that it was never tracked back to them! So who is ripping who off? I have better things to do with my time but spend it arguing with some representative that works for a company that steals from hard working people that earn their dollar honestly. I reported this to my bank and happy to say that they gave me my refund $40.00 but its the principle in play here, and companies like this need to be fine heavily for ripping off the consumer that gave their product a chance. I hope that with all these bad reviews that something can be done to further protect us as consumers.
