Online Shopping Nightmare

Buyer Beware! I returned a $160 Coach crossbody bag citing return codes 04 (damaged) and 14 (shipping took too long). The leather on the flap was slightly scratched and I pointed that out on my return slip. I received an email saying BTR credited the $ to my BTR account. This email indicated I returned the bag because I changed my mind, return code 16. When I contacted the co. To request a refund to my credit card they denied saying the bag, in their opinion, was not damaged. The manager could not review the bag because it had already been re-sold and shipped to another buyer. I am very wary of an online retailer who changes my return code so they don't have to refund back to my credit card and then calls me a liar. I will never use this company again.
