BG Rusaw or Rusaw Homes

I checked the BBB and several websites for any negative feedback before choosing Rusaw. Found none. The builder's staff was very friendly and helpful during the building process. After the closed we found too many defects to list. We're always told we have a one year warranty but for most problems there is an excuse. Several issues have not been corrected due to their "standards" and county building codes. Our yard floods after a rain and the water has flowed unto the lanai (patio). It's within county standards if the water dissipates in 24 hours. Does it take 24 hours to flood a house? I have so much research to do and other homeowners to contact in order to have these people do their job. I've learned there are owners who've had the same problem with this builder. Don't be fooled by their website and the fact that Rusaw is touted as this great builder all over the internet and news. Dig deeper. I learned that too late. I'm looking for consumer complaint sites so other people don't make the same mistake.
