Getting Ripped off by builder in a "new" home not even 2 years old Coatesville

We purchased a home 1 1/2 years ago by Chetty Builders and was told the basement would "never" leak. The basement gets water everytime it rains and the walls are cracking. The builder will not fix the problem.

Our siding is buckling on both sides of the house and the builder is not fixing this problem either.

Our front yard floods onto the sidewalk and our backyard is a pool of water when it rains, the builder told us once the grass and trees were in, we would not have this problem. We still have this problem.

We are not being answered when we e-mail them or call.
