Ripoff dishonest, fraud, violate building codes, misleading

Land owner, Anand Sanjeev, contracted Oakmont Homes Inc built the house, we bought this brand new house on June 07, Oakmont Homes Builder provides new house warranty services. The house was not completed 100% at that time, but Loudoun County issued Occupancy Permit.

Right away, we started noticing signs of serious grading/drainage issues, front porch and stairway did not meet county building codes... Listing agent are illegal practices in the marketplace by false listing, listing indicated the house has 9 feet ceiling, builder provides Whirlpool Appliances, the fact is the house in 8 feet ceiling in second floor, and builder provided Ken more Dishwasher, Kitchen Aid refrigerator, and Whirlpool Cook top and oven (we have 3 different brands for our appliances) we have informed listing agent, and builder but they just ignored us.

Now, we live in the house over 2 months, we have contacted builder for repairs, but he turned off his phone, we filed complaint with Loudoun County for building codes violation, grading issues, but we did not received much help from Loudoun County, they sent inspector, but County Inspector affirmed that Oakmont Homes Builder is right, no building codes violated, we have to pointed out to County Inspector in details and sent email to Director of Building and Development, County Inspector came back send time and he contacted builder for repair of stairway, (stairway still not satisfied, below standard quality).. We requested copy of the house blueprint on July 26, again on August 5, finally, Loudoun County informed that unable to find our house blueprint???

Violation building codes of stairway and front porch still not solve yet, dive way did not meet Virginia guidelines, for side load garage minimum should be 24 feet long, 4 inches thick of 21-A stone plus 2 inches of V-DOT approved surface mix material, but our driveway only 23 feet long, 1-2 inches thickness, now driveway has two huge cracks.

During construction time, trees were wounded, now we have 3 big trees along driveway are dead, informed Oakmont Homes Builder but he refused to remove with reason, he did not know who damaged the trees.

I have sent copy of Home Inspection Report and expect Oakmont Homes Builder to repair or replace defected basement window frame also requested builder return my house keys that he took at closing table, today, 08/30, I do not hear from Oakmont Homes Builder or from Loudoun County for the house blueprint. All of you please provide suggestions are appreciated.
