Illegal access to my credit card to $160AUSD

Evidently, I'd bought a box on details about marketing on ebay in December. After I settled the $1.95 for that box, it mentioned that there is no responsibility. All of us understand what which means, today do not we? There is no clarification of conditions of support or something like this. Simply pay delivery and handling, get the box and that is it.

To begin with, I never obtained the box and also to be very honest, I never offered it another thought considering I just paid significantly less than two dollars for that data. The web site I looked over on May 13th isn't exactly the same site I delivered the $1.95 cost to in December. The web site might have been changed or improved since that time, however the site I bought the box from created no reference to a '14 day test or every other price... Like I stated, 'no-obligation'...

Today my Charge Card (which was innactive, since I have was not utilizing it) is overdrawn, which organization has fraudulently eliminated over $160 AUSD!
