After receiving the packet and looked through it, I decided I didn't want anything they provided. I called the customer service (phone number provided in the packet) about cancelling my service and they told me to return the packet and we'll refund your processing fee ($37.00). So I returned the packet and I have not received anything back from that company. This has been 4 months now.
