Financial Benefits withdrew 299.00 from my checking account. I received the packet ten to fifteen day late. I was not satisified with the packet the sent returned it within with five days via-Fed Ex. (Return time was 15 Days for full return.

Even after drafting two letters I have not received my refund.

Fed Ex paper work show that a D. Jefferson signed and received the packet.

I received the packet on December 23 returned it Fed Ex December 29 Packet signed for December 30.
