Online Supplier
All the money, but none of the service

I recently noticed that my bank statements were getting way off base. That is when I found out that this company was taking out of my account since January at a rate of $49.95 per month. I finally brought the issue up to my bank and they connected me with a "representative" from online supplier. That is where it got real interesting.

Apparently, I had purchased a packet on information about selling on ebay back in December. When I paid the $1.95 for the packet, it stated that there was no obligation. We all know what that means, now don't we? There was no explanation of terms of service or anything like that. Just pay shipping and handling, receive the packet and that's it.

First of all, I never received the packet and to be quite frank, I never gave it a second thought considering I only paid less than two bucks for the info. The website I looked at on June 4th is not the same website I sent the $1.95 payment to back in December. The website may have been switched or upgraded since then, but the website I purchased the packet from made no mention of a "14-day trial or any other cost... Like I said, "no obligation"...

Secondly, I spoke with Jackie (#3139) from online supplier. She proceeded to try to confuse me with all of their terms and conditions, which was of no consequence to me. Finally, I started saying to her, "I have paid nearly $250 for absolutely nothing! When I pay for a service, I expect to get something for what I pay for!" After repeating that same statement over and over again, she finally put me on hold and came back on, offering to reimburse me for two months... How nice of her... Not! I would have rather received full reimbursement, considering they shafted me out of 2.5 benjamins.

In conclusion, I say this to everyone... If the website you are about to issue a payment to for info or anything else is Online Supplier, DO NOT pay them... It will only hurt you in the end to give your hard-earned bucks to a website that the Better Business Bureau gave an "F".
