Ipoff false charges misinform lie cheat

Ray Reynolds & Associates, LLC is a company that is supposed to help small businees start up, and teach them how to imcorporate. They have a small website that only contains information on their FREE packet they will send out to you. You only pay a few dollars to ship it.

Problem is, when you get the packet, they go into detail about how to use this, as they put it "Free Copy" of the corporate set up kit, and you almost miss the sentance that states you have 30 days to review it, and return it to avoid the $99 fee. They go ahead and charge your credit card that you paid for shipping with.

When you call their office to tell them that you don't want to be charged, they then tell you that you have to ship (on your dime) their free packet back to them. They have to recieve it before 30 days of your order, or they charge you.

The reason for this report, is that they claim they are sending you a free packet, all you pay is shipping.in the end they are just letting you look at it for 30 days and making you send it back. That is not FREE, and they trap you into it, because you have to use your credit card to pay for shipping. No where on their website, does it make any indication of a later payment, or having to return the packet for any reason. They lead you to believe one thing, and they are really doing another!!! Do not send off for this free packet!!! They are a rip-off!!!
