Ordered a trial packet from there website. Website says they give you 7 days trial from day you recieve it and they send 2 packets. Recieved box on May 3rd and only 1 packet in the box and no packing info. I assumed 2 packets meant 2 boxes. On May 7th I called to cancel and find out why I was already being charged. She said the trial period stop on May 5th and the info was in the box with the 2 packets. I had no info and 1 packet. This company will not send out what I have already paid for or give any kind of refund
