Purposeful faulty installation of equipment

Direct tv service was purchesed in february
Equipment was installed on ground site
In april foliage in area erupts
signal to dtv failed over 5 - 10 day period
connections and receiver confirmed
dish checked
It was observed that the dish wwas installed with a direct aim at 2 trees that have been in place for over 30 years
equipment worked during bare peirod but was completly obstructed wil wull foliage
DTV was contated they stated that its not always possible to tell if there are going to be obsturctiosn and used ruses such as new building ans other issues. These trees were obvious and the dish was aimed directly at them.
DTV offered soluion of service repair plan to rectify theproblem. Misinstaliaton was referenced as equiment faiure and that it woudl be covered unders such and extended warranty. Attitioanlly there was reference to a $79 service call which if the extended plan were purchased would be offere this time for only $19.99
There was obvious disregard if not purposful fault at installation of the eqipment and DTV poses to solev eht problem for a potential life time steamof inmoce of $19.99 plus $5.99 per month.
It is an obvious fall - winter tactic that installation be faulty, time available for rectification expires due to the lack of knowledge of the consumer and the lack of foliage to cause a problem. With the spring the new stream of income comes into play.
