On aug. 29,08 Direct Tv installed their system directly through our newly installed internet lines. I called repeatedly to have a service person come to fix the problem, however the only time a service person did come he said he didn't have the right equipment. I kept calling and received promises that someone would come out. We spent several hours waiting on service people to show, but were disappointed repeatedly. Finally on September 16 I asked that services be terminated due to severe frustration on my part. I feel that Direct TV did not live up to their end of the bargain. They did not provide me with satisfactory service after the installation. They in fact caused me to have to pay for internet service that I could not use due to the faulty installation practices of their service personnel.
