Ought 500.00 washing machine

Miscellaneous

Ought 500.00 washing machine 05/05. Has been broken a minimum of 5 times since jan. 15th 2007. Startes with a leak and won't go on, 2weeks to get service, has to order parts, appalrently repair men without parts, just trucks with a few tools. 2 more weeks to get 5 parts, 4show up, reorder part 5 which incidently had to be replaced because the repair man broke it. Another week, 2 men to fix the machine, still leaking and machine won't work after 1 load of laundry. Another week repair man comes, "it must have been a power surge", eye reflecions look blaming at me like you dumb female. Just unplug it and plug it. M, sure another week of leak, plugging ang unplugging. Another week of waiting for the repair man now it 's the control panel, another week the part comes, the man comes, still not working properly orders another part, the switch and another week the man comes, acts like this the last itme i'll ever hear form you routine, a week later doing a small load of laundry the drum spins off it's axis. Still the repair dept have no satisfactory response. I want to speak to the corporate ceo. The repair men are incompetent and the dept responsible for service and resolution are just as poor.
