JkHarris is a Fraud!

I paid them $4650 to do some work for me with the IRS. They guaranteed to settle with the IRS for $12,840. They prepared an offer in compromise in which there were many errors, including but not limited to, my birth date, my employers name and that I had two 401k's that I did not have!!! They were reporting assets to the IRS that I did not own. A big mistake! The IRS said they wanted over $100,000 and placed a federal tax lien on all of my property!!! Jkharris did not know what that meant for me or what the irs would do. I called and called and noone could or would help me. I, and I mean I, settled with the IRS for a little over $30,000. Way more than JKharris promised I could settle the debt.

Further, I have a lettle from them telling me the best they could do is to settle for $43,422.00. I did better than that. They never negotiated with the IRS because by the time that letter came in I already settled the debt on my own for the $30k. I want to sue them... Has anyone done that? Who do you serve? I am in Texas. Can I get more than the $4650? They really screwed me. I had to sell my condo to settle and get a release of the federal tax lien. If i get a judgment... How do i collect???
Any ideas? Please help
