Wrongful changin of hours and check stub, theft of tips, withholding pay Ripoff

My son worked for this business, from the very first day, it seems he was always short the exact amount of tips he made including change.

The manager which is also the owners daughter took drops from them during the day so they wouldn't have so much cash on them, seems they were all short each time she did this.

She also would get in their faces curse them out as well as curse customers out for changing their orders. My son received his check and we noticed on his check stub they still owed him money, the night mgr agreed as he looks at the computer to check my sons hours. Upon talking to the owner she said he didn't know what he was talking about and that they were going to void my sons pay stub and change it. Then all of a sudden his hours in the computer they owed him for dis appeared as well all but two days. We were told to come back on the 5th and they would have him a check. Well guess what no check and they have no intentions on getting him one. There are a bunch of dishonest people at this sonic. And you cant really go to the owners because one of the thieves and dishonest people is their own daughter...

I don't know about you but no one yells and curses at my child and takes from him what he rightfully earned. Its more like he worked for free. He was also sent home and asked to turn in his uniform because he applied eslwere for a job and the manager found out about it.

How unprofessional is this? Word of advise don't work for these people unless you want to pay them to work there instead of being paid...
