Non payment of wages

I transfed from one sdrivein to anoter for employment. I left sonic at 5722 kingston pike. Because of the verbal abuse from one said manager ed Williams. Was rehired at sonic on broadway. Went to recieve pay check from kingston pike and the hours were 23.6 short. Called said manager ed Williams and he assured me that the hours were short, and he had faxed and emailed payroll with the mistake. Its been almost 1 month later and I'm still being told by said manager Ed Williams that they are working on it, 2 paychecks later. I as of yet to recieve said check and would like to have problem investigated. Would recommend you visit the stores on broadway and kingston pike. They would fall way under recommenended labor/wage/hourly pay/cleanliness. What im tryin to say is the books really should be looked at in all the areas just mentioned. But my main concern as of now is to find out why i havent recieved my check yet.
