My sister and her son were here

My sister and her son were here over the holidays from Las Vegas. The only thing my nephew really wanted was a "rothlesburger" from Pepis. On Dec 26 we decided to venture there. We called first and the first location said they were closing. The location in the strip district said they would be open until 5. We arrived about 4 pm, only to be told they were closed. Now there was a customer waiting for food and food on the grill. The door was OPEN, we explained that my nephew was here from out of town and really wanted one of these. The answer was "sorry". I was appalled and am very upset. Pittsburgh is supposed to be a friendly town and then stuff like this happens and I wonder was Sienna Miller or whatever her name was correct. Needless to say Pepis will never get my business and I am sure will go the way of most restuarants around here.
