Can't get paid for hours worked

I started working for Healthcare Services in october. Unfortunately I was only employed with them till the end of november, however I worked 137 hours while employed. It took seven weeks to get my first and only pay check. They kept telling me that I missed the payroll. My only check was for 37 hours. They still owe me for 96. I didn't have a pay check this last pay day. So I call the manager and he said that he had no check for me. I was also told that I didn't have a right to a copy of my time cards to prove how much I had worked. The manager was told that if he gave me a copy that he would be fired. I don't know where to turn for help to get the money that I am owed.
