Pizza Hut In Demopolis, Alabama ripoffed my paycheck

I have been working at Demopolis Pizza Hut for about two and a half months. Ever since I have started working there, I have been getting paid for being a nontip server for the amount of $5.25 an hour.

When I got my paycheck yesterday, it was not the amount it should have been. I worked a total of 47.38 hours and was only paid $126.06.

I hourly rate went down and the manager did not tell me or give me anything in writing saying that I was going to be make $2.63 as a regular server.

I was expecting my check to be about $200. When I clocked in the last past couple of weeks it had me in the computer as a nontip server, but my check said that I was clocked in under a regular server.

Eighty-two dollars was taken out of my check for tips, tips that I did not record because I'll a nontip server. When I got my last pay check it was $115 and I only worked 30 hours. And now I have 47 hours and my check is $126, only $11 dollars more.

I talked to the manager and she said the the manager that entered me in the computer should have told me that there are two codes for serves. Even though that maybe true, the manager should not have changed my pay without me knowing that she changed it.

I would feel better about the situation if I would have know that I wasn't going to be getting paid $5.25 an hour anymore. But she did not inform me in any kind of way.

I am a college student at the University of West Alabama in Livingston, AL. I have to drive 30 minutes to go to work. I don't have time to be working at a job that only pays $2.00 an hour.

I need my money for the hours that I worked.
