Ripoff, scam, beware don't fall for it!

Oxford Fianacial ripped me off for $249. I talked to an emmanual on Aug 29th, telling me that I have been choosen for this great oppurtunity! I would receive a $2000 credit card with no interest rate for 3 years, 4.9%interest rate after that, all I had to do was pay the initial fee of $249, and I said I thought that was kind of out of my budget and he assure me that I could just take the cash of the card toi replace it in my account!

He assured me that the card would be here before 40 days like they suggested, He said people usually get their cards in 7-10 days after the money as cleared the bank. He tells me they will give me until Sept 05, but when I started to go threw the process they changed it to 9-02-05.

The money was withdrawn out of my account that morning. I started calling to confirm that the money was taken out, but I could not get a hold of anyone! I left messagages after message, I would call twice a day for a week. I finally got a hold of some lady in Alaska named Susan (if that is her real name???) and she places my voice recording., Then she tells me that I should get a benefit package, I asked what is that and she says basically that you bought a $249 APPLICATION for a mastercard! I told her it is suppose to be a Credit Card and she told me I was misunderstood that it is an application you get to apply for a mastercard!

I then found this web site and I have called Darrell Pickett from Payment Resources International and left a message. I hope this works I am filling a dispute with the Better Business Bureau. I will give updates on my statis.

Hopefully this company will be upstanding and refund my hard earned money.!
