Calling asking for Bank Account fee of 249.00$ for Mastercard

Calling constantly was a sort of Arab accented man. Finally I answered and he promised me a mastercard from Oxford Financial. I was very skeptical, and he tried to rush me into verifying my information. I asked him how he knew all my information. He said because I was recently turned down for a credit card and they sent Oxford bank my application for a credit card because of my "bad credit". I know I have good credit so I was getting offended. He was very rude once I asked him to mail me info and when I questioned their legitmacy. He eventually hung up when I told him to take me off their mailing list and to never call again. He wanted the 249.00 by the 27 of this month, (July). He hasnt called back. He told me the card would be here in only a couple days since shipping is from N.Y. To NOrth Dakota. I definetly wasnt gonna fall for this obvious scam. I just hope everyone else does the same for these scumbags.
