Poorly executed credit card ripoff

I got a call from a woman calling herself Jen and said I was approved for a 2000$ Mastercard from Oxford Financial who had dealings with 20 banks all over USA.

She even gave me a confirmation No 3495037 and a pin of 2000. Sounded kind of fishy, but I went along with it anyways

They convinced me could get a credit card with a $2000 limit and 4.9% apr.

After they got the $249.00 'deposit', we would receive our card in 2 weeks to 40 days. It has not yet been 40 days, but we were curious about our status and have tried several times, unsuccessfully, to contact the company.

I was told that within 40 working days I would receive my mastercard with a spending limit of $2,000.00. I was also told that I would be able to get $300.00 a day from this same card

I keep getting voice mail and never receive a call back. I also initially spoke with "operator 1000". Please, please, please don't fall for this. Just hang up if these people call you.
