Ripoff, Bounced payroll check, NEVER COMPENSATED!

Owner, Mary Ellen is plain mean! When I showed up for first day of work she yelled at me that she didn't have time to talk to me, go find someone else to train me for my position as a waitress. When interviewed she told me that I would make a minimum of $60 a day. I never cleared $7.

After the last incident of her yelling at me, I never went back. I sent her a letter requesting my paycheck. After a few months I finally received it. It wasn't near what it was supposed to be and it wasn't itemized to show tax withholding or any other such payroll information. It only noted 3 dates, not all of the dates that I worked.

I was going to just eat it then, but when I deposited the check into my back account, it came back as NSF! My bank charged me $6 for this. I tried to cash it time and again at their bank until it finally expired. I sent the Labor board a letter and they set a court date however I was at the hospital for my dad's operation (cancer).

Anyhow, I wanted to send this report because of the unfairness. It's not the money, it's the principal.
