Ripoff hold on my payroll check

I just transfered banks. My fist payroll check I recieved after opening my account I was able to deposit my check during bank hours. I was paid again last week and due to my work hours I can never make it to a branch location while there open. So I deposited my check in the drop box. Several days later I check my account online and it says that I only have an available balance of $50.00 because the bank put a hold on my check.

Well I went in on Saturday because I wasn't leaving town until the afternoon. When I asked them about the hold they told me they could take it off as long as I show them my check stub. Theirs just one problemd with that, I dont get a check stub with me check. My paycheck is handwritten, and all I get when I get my check is a document saying my pay information and my tax information, there is nothing on the document that says where the payroll check is drawn, therefore the teller told me that wasn't sufficient information to get the hold taken off.

What irritates me the most is that the same teller I spoke with to have the hold taken off is the same one that told me the first time I deposited my check was all I had to say was that it was a payroll check and I wouldn't have a hold on it.

I just want to know that I wont have any fines charged to my accoudnt because I'm going to have checks go through that will be over my available balance. AND I WILL fight any fines that I get because I couldn't get a hold taken off my paycheck for reasons that were beyond my controll.
