Citi bank second mortage does not allow me to change my address

I have been trying to change my address with Citi bank second mortgage for 2 years. The send me a form by mail which I fill and send back... I was DENIND because they did not like my signature!!! I complain on the phone, I cant receive any mail from them including my tax form for 2013. The do not have a website. Primitive, impolite. Do not use citi!!!
