Mortgage unit keeps calling for months asking for strangers

Citi Mortgage has been calling me for months asking for people I do not know, which I have explained to them repeatedly. I called Citi and told them to stop calling, as I do not have a business relationship with them, but four hours later they called again.

I have had my phone number for many years and, as I said, have not done business with Citi Mortgage. This seems to be a common theme with Citi, according to my research online. They will do what they want and harass at will because they apparently get away with it, suffering no legal ramifications. A bailout baby gone bad.
