Samsung TV Unfixable, Promised Voucher Never Honored by Store

Bought a Samsung 51 inch TV at HHGregg in Winston Salem, NC on Dec. 31. Took out a 5 year warranty. This summer tv started getting a pink line in the middle. Called the warranty company on Jan. 8th 2014. They had a local company on Winston to come out and get the TV. After 2 weeks I made about 10 calls and found out the TV was unfixable. They said HHGregg would give us a voucher for a new tv. Called back a few days later and they said HHGregg had the voucher. We went to the store and asked for the voucher and they said they had no such thing. I talked to the manager but got nowhere. Still have no tv or voucher. It had been 19 days without a tv.
