Huge disappointment - LF100-37

I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for a special birthday: A mix of fresh pink flowers such as roses, Asiatic lilies, carnations, snapdragons and waxflower
When I saw the picture of the flowers I thought I would faint.
I paid $95 delivery included, and I saw a $10 bouquet delivered. When I complained Bloomex offered me a 15% discount for the next order.
Well, there will never be a next order unless they refund me in full
