I purchased a Samsung UN55C8000 from HHGregg about a month ago. Two days after the purchase the TV goes black and just clicks. Called HHGreeg and returned the TV got a replacement. Two days later the 3D function is not working. Returned this TV. Current TV lasted two and a half weeks. Now it only clicks and will not turn on. Went back to HHGregg and was pretty much told I am on my own. It is now up to me and Samsung. That crap on the commercials about making sure the customer is 100% satisfied is bull. Also just looked on the BBB website and they give them a F rating. Wish I would have looked there first. They got there money and ran. I want my money back HHGregg. I will not stop posting my story until I get what is due me a 100% refund
