Fedex and me not perfect togethe

Awaiting a package the entire day. It was not delivered. I was home ALL day sitting on my porch. The Fedex truck sped by did not stop! I checked tracking. Guess what it reported they were unable to deliver. No one was home. What nonsense'!!! Called fedex they said they would deliver by 8. Changed my plans guess what. They called they would not be delivering. Tried as I may for over one hour no one was available to talk with me. Finally one brave manager called and told me to call Tuesday after 9 to see what happened. What bothers me the most is I WAS HOME and on the porch the truck did not stop. Why the lies??? In the future when requesting how I want things shipped. I would rather use ANYONE ELSE
